VERANDA DESIGNER VISIONS HOME

Each room in the VERANDA apartment contains livable, yet classically inspired pieces that model American craftsmanship – an attribute synonymous with the Leon brand. Leon’s highly skilled craftsman approach speaker building as artists and musicians, and each speaker is constructed with integrity and pride in the Ann Arbor, Michigan factory.
While the apartment summons the glamour and warmth of a traditional Upper East Side apartment, the space has been interpreted for the modern age – mixing textures and colors. To match the apartments aesthetic, all of the sound systems from Leon Speakers were customized to seamlessly integrate into the fabric of the home.

Leon’s VAULT SERIES in-wall speakers were custom painted using Ralph Lauren® paints to match the different rooms.
The AAROS SERIES ultra-thin subwoofers were built out of solid hardwood to match the hardwood floors. And, all of the ultra-thin LED televisions were equipped with Leon’s HORIZON SERIES ultra-thin soundbars, custom finished to match their exact width and finish. There’s even a pair of hand-crafted in-wall speakers that feature a custom fabric grill covering to match the fabric walls in the guest bedroom.
“It was our goal to provide the highest quality sound system possible for this luxury space, and do so in a way that appeals to designers and homeowners alike,” said Ethan Kaplan, Marketing Director for Leon Speakers. “We took cues from the design elements presented by Thomas O’Brien and incorporated them into every speaker we built, which were then expertly integrated by Clareo Networks and their team. To see and hear the final product in place was confirmation that there can be a sophisticated blend of high tech and high design in any home.”
