The Sales Operations Manager oversees the Inside Sales group and assumes many of the process-driven and operational activities required to keep the sales department actively producing. The Sales Operations Manager takes ownership of the sales process, from customer on-boarding to ongoing retention and cross-selling strategies. In addition, the Sales Ops Manager produces sales reports and analytics of all aspects of the Sales operation including pipeline, performance metrics, trends, forecasting and opportunities. This includes existing sales, potential new partners and Outside Rep performance to provide management with a complete picture of business performance for the Sales division.
