Axis TrAx80 In-Ceiling Speakers (Outdoor)

The TrAx60 is among the latest in our line of high performance installed loudspeakers. It incorporates our most advanced 6.5-inch ACAD fluid cooled woofer/midrange combined with a 1-inch co-axial, fluid cooled aluminum alloy tweeter. The tweeter is mounted in a tiltable, aimable socket to optimize performance even if the speaker must be located in a less than ideal sonic location. The TrAx60-DT is a single-point-stereo version of the TrAx60 and ideal for those locations where sound quality is important, but space is at a premium.  Both models include front mounted switches to adjust in-room frequency response to their surroundings.

The top-of-the-line Tr60 MTM delivers terrific sound at high output levels making it ideal for larger areas or outdoor surround sound systems. It includes two 6.5-inch cast frame AC Series woofers for powerful bass response with delicate and articulate midrange. Highs are delivered by our exclusive 1.1-inch inverted Titanium dome fluid cooled tweeter, all divided through a high quality computer optimized third order crossover. The available colors permeate all the way through the Polyethylene enclosure which means you’ll never have to touch them up or worry about rust or corrosion. Ships standard with a watertight 4-foot pigtail, or an optional is the marine grade Conxall® quick connect for use with the Pigtail.
