RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Leon products, when purchased from our online store (www.leonspeakers.com/leon-store) are subject to the following return policy. If you've purchased your Leon product(s) from one of our Authorized Resellers, please contact your dealer about the possiblity of a return. 

Branded Merchandise (defined as apparel, accessories including notebooks and candles, and more in this category):

If you are not completely satisfied by your purchase of our branded merchandise, it may be eligible for a return, in which case the following terms apply:

  • Any returns must be authorized by a Leon Speakers Customer Service representative and assigned an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before any credit will be given. This RMA number must appear on all packaging and paperwork. Call 1-888-213-5015 to speak with a Customer Service representative and obtain your RMA number.
  • Leon Speakers agrees to accept the return of branded merchandise that is not damaged and in saleable condition. Leon Speakers will provide a Return Shipping Label, and the purchaser agrees to carefully packaging the product(s) to avoid any damage in transit. Leon Speakers will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged in any way upon receipt.
  • Once received, we will send you an email confirmation and refund you via the original payment method within 10 business days. To enable us to process your refund, please ensure all items are returned in original packaging and include all original content. Any missing items may delay your refund.

Home Audio and Tonecase Products:

All sales of Leon speaker products and Tonecase concealment solutions and are final, non-returnable, and non-cancelable unless otherwise agreed by a Leon Speakers Customer Service Representative on a per-case basis, in which case the following terms apply.

  • Any returns must be authorized by a Leon Speakers Customer Service representative and assigned an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before any credit will be given. This RMA number must appear on all packaging and paperwork. Call 1-888-213-5015 to speak with a Customer Service representative and obtain your RMA number.
  • If Leon Speakers agrees to accept the return of goods that are not damaged, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will ensure that the product(s) is carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Leon Speakers will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged in any way
  • Credit of amounts due or paid in will only be given for goods that are in saleable condition.

CANCELATION POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

All orders may be canceled within 1 business day of receipt of your Order Confirmation. After 1 business day, orders for Branded Merchandise may be returned or exchanged per our Return Policy, and orders for Home Audio and Tonecase products are non-cancelable. In the event that Leon Speakers agrees to cancel an order for a Home Audio or Tonecase product, the customer will be reimbursed based on the level of completion and related costs. Once a Home Audio or Tonecase product ships, Leon's Return Policy takes effect.
